BMP Module​

The BMP module is a modelling tool where data from conventional anaerobic batch test or biomethane potential test can be processed by fitting empirical and kinetic equations. A complete statistical analysis of the results is also provided.​​​

CSTR Module​​

The CSTR module allows the user to simulate the operation of a continuous anaerobic digester to predict the biogas production and the digestate properties. The virtual representation of the digester is based on the ADM1 model (Anaerobic Digestion Model No.1).

BPA-MT Module​

The BPA module takes your BMP data and provides a dynamic prediction of an industrial digester´s performance in terms of biogas production and overall digestate properties. It also provides the uncertainty of the results and the expected energy potential.​​​
AD Virtual Copilot
The virtual copilot is adapted to the particular conditions of each biogas plant to add a new layer of monitoring and control of the system’s status to complement the field measurements you perform to improve your plant’s resilience, understand the status of variables that are not measured, and enhance the detection of operational issues.
